Ingredients
Apple Filling
- 3 large green apples Pink lady apples work fine use what you have I say.
- ¼ cup sugar
- 2 tbsp Rice Flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Crumble Topping
- 1 Cup Rice Flour
- ⅓ cup sugar
- ⅓ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup cold butter cut into cubes
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180℃.
- Peel and diced the apples and place in baking dish, sprinkle sugar, flour and cinnamon over top and mix together.
- For topping place all ingredients in a mixing bowl, mix well with fork until it resembles a crumble consistency.
- Sprinkle crumble mixture over the apple filling and place in already preheated oven for 35-40 minutes.
- Serve warm with your choice of ice cream.
